Return and Repair Policy and Procedures

 

IMPORTANT: Please do not return any hardware back to Fight Club Custom without a valid and authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

At Fight Club Custom Sales & Service we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our purchase.

We therefore recommend you read our Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase from Fight Club Custom Sales & Service, so you are familiar with our policy on returns and repairs. Product Warranty:

  1. Thank you for purchasing Fight Club Custom product. The Fight Club Custom worldwide warranty is valid for 90 Days from the original purchase date of your new Fight Club Custom product with below terms and conditions. In the event that the Product becomes non-operational during the warranty period, Fight Club Custom will provide a free repair/replacement service. You must provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service. Therefore, Fight Club Custom recommends that you retain the original receipt or cash ticket which was issued to you by the retailer. Fight Club Custom reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information is incomplete or has been altered or removed after purchase.

     
  2. The warranty service consists of either repair or replacement products that will be provided on an exchange basis at Fight Club Custom’s discretion. The replacement products will either be new, equivalent-to-new, or re-conditioned. All replaced spare parts and Products shall become the property of Fight Club Custom.

     
  3. Unless agreed in writing, the Warranty does not apply to the following:
    - Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
    - Consumables.
    - Defects caused by modifications carried out without Fight Club Custom's approval.
    - The cost for Fight Club Custom to apply modifications to the Product in order to legally import it into the destination country, as determined by the country’s laws and safety standards.
    - Any costs to adjust the product as a result of any laws or specifications which have changed since the delivery of the Product.


     
  4. The Product Warranty is void if damage or defects have been caused by:
    - Improper use, handling or operation of the product.
    - Repairs, modifications or cleaning performed carried out at a service centre not authorized by Fight Club Custom.
    - Installation and use of spare parts or consumables (such as ammunition and batteries) which are not compatible with the product. Compatibility is guaranteed for consumables which are recommended by Fight Club Custom.
    - Inadequate packaging of the product when returning it to the authorized Fight Club Custom Centre which causes the Product to be damaged in transit.
    - Accidents, disasters or any cause beyond the control of Fight Club Custom.

 

Return Repair Procedure for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty:

Step 1. Request the RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number: All returns must be accompanied by a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please contact us by sending an email to service@ptwcustom.com to request return authorization and instructions prior to shipping any product back to our Warranty Service Center. When requesting the RMA, please be sure to provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Contact phone number
  • Shipping address
  • Email address
  • Product name (product serial number if applicable)
  • Product issue
  • Where did you buy this item?
  • How long have you been using the product?
  • If it is convenient for you, please provide an image of the product(s)/parts(s) in question and the issue to facilitate the process.

 

Return products may also add the following statement to accompanying commercial invoice (If needed):

Goods returned for repair. No commercial value. Value is for customs’ purpose only. HS: 9503.00.79.00

Step 2. Letter of explanation: Please enclose a letter of explanation that includes the RMA number, your name, return ship-to address, phone number (including area code), e-mail address, a brief description of the problem with the return product.


Step 3. Mark the defect clearly with a piece of masking tape and ship the product to Warranty Service Center: All shipping to our Warranty Service Center must be pre-paid and insured for the full retail value of the Product. Fight Club Custom cannot be liable for any lost in-bound packages. Please ensure that the Product is clean before shipment. State law requires before being returned for repair or replacement.
 

Freight Payment


The customer prepays all inbound freight charges for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, as well as customs duties incurred in transporting product(s)to and from Fight Club Custom for service. Fight Club Custom is not responsible for damage that may incur during this shipment; therefore, it is recommended that you insure the shipment for the full retail value of the product. For the international customers, we suggest that you order from our local authorized dealers in order to get warranty service locally.

If the problem is covered under the warranty, Fight Club Custom will repair or replace your pack and return it to you. Fight Club Custom does not charge any shipping or handling fees for its return trip to you. However, shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs come at the customer’s expense.

 

Dead on arrival (D.O.A.)

In the event that you receive a product which is non-operational, you should notify our service team immediately upon receipt of the products. If the product develops a fault (not including faults due to willful damage or customer misuse) within 7 days after receiving the product, you must notify Fight Club Custom immediately by e-mail so we can process the return as a DOA Product. You will be given a DOA number in accordance with the DOA Returns procedure above. To minimize processing time and potential difficulties in proving the cause of damage, you must return your DOA Product within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the Product is confirmed to be “Dead on Arrival”, Fight Club Custom will replace the defective Product with a new Product (entire package), which includes shipping fees for its return trip to you. Please do not send DOA products back to Fight Club Custom unless instructed to do so by our service team.

Return Repair out of Warranty

Out-of-warranty Products are not eligible for Fight Club Custom’s warranty service. However, if the Product is not covered under warranty, Fight Club Custom can often repair it for very reasonable price. Fight Club Custom will provide a quote (including shipping charges) for repair work. Repairs will only be performed upon receipt of payment. Customers must pre-pay for round-trip shipping in addition to parts and labor.
